1. Processing

• Once an order has been submitted, you will recieve an order confirmation number via email.
• All orders are subject to processing time, please allow 1-3 business days(Mon.-Fri.) for order processing.
• After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number via email/text once the shipping label is created.

2. Shipping

• Please allow 1-3 business days(Mon.-Sat.) for domestic shipping.
• We ship all orders through USPS. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information.

3. Returns/Exchanges

• You may request to Return/Exchange an order within 48 HOURS from the time the package is delivered.
